Construction speeds along here at Foxridge Condominiums! We are grateful this development is sold out and has quite a waiting list for the premier affordable new homes.

Building C

The exterior is ready for stone and siding. The interior has passed insulation inspections and is being sheet rocked.

Building D

Our framers continue to be amazing as they blaze through this building!

Building E

We have a building permit! The excavators are digging for the footings and vertical construction will soon begin. This is another 30-plex building. In addition, the cul de sac has been paved and the additional improvements are underway for the final Building F to begin.
