January Update: Underground plumbing and road work

Underground plumbing is partially complete, the winter weather has swamped half the building so there is a delay on the other side. We have been blessed with cooperative winter weather otherwise and construction continues!

A lot of the work is still underground with this large project, this is standard. There are quite a few things that need to be in place before building a new development.

Here are a few examples:

- Record site plat

- Record CCRs

- SecureFHA-Approval

- Secure Excavation permit

- Secure Building permit for Building A

...then start constructing the first building!
