April Update 2019 - Foxridge Condos

Thank you for your condo reservation at the upcoming Foxridge Condos in Springville!

We are happy to update you on what has been happening on this project. As you know, at the beginning of the construction process, the majority of the work is underground and with the city. Below is a recap:

- Irrigation easement and bond secured

- Irrigation line work almost complete

- Fill dirt and compaction is in progress for the new road

- Foxridge Condos is on the consent agenda for rezone approval on May 14
